***The initial deposit that is taken when you order any design package is Non-refundable. This is due to the man-hours put into the design and programming process of your site.

***Once the design process begins, PLEASE DO NOT touch the site design area in the control panel. If you change the set template/theme, it will wipeout EVERYTHING that we have worked on so far. Doing so will add time to how long it will take to complete your project and will incur additional hourly charges BEFORE the design process continues ($200 to redo custom template work).

***If placing 1/2 down, once you have approved your design mockups, you will be required to return to this page and make your final payment. No site implementation will be completed until the balance of your package is paid in full.

***If after two rounds of revisions to your site design you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may incur additional hourly design charges. At this point of the design process we should be wrapping things up. Final adjustments are one thing. Completely changing direction is another. If this is the case, we will let you know in advance.

***All programming package are cross browser checked in the latest versions of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari and Internet Explorer. Cannot guarantee site viewing in older version of the listed browsers or other non-mentioned browser programs.

***None of our design packages include site population or product entry.
